Connect Groups
There's a group within an hour of you.
Crossroads Fellowship currently has 7+ regional Connect Groups meeting regularly across Indiana. Each group stays small enough to be real — this isn't a conference, it's a standing gathering of pastors who know each other's names, churches, and families.
These gatherings aren't structured like a board meeting or a training event. They're intentional time for:
- Spiritual health — checking in on each other's walk with God, not just ministry metrics
- Accountability — the kind of honest conversation that requires trust built over time
- Prayer — actually bearing one another's burdens before the Lord
