CONNECT

No pastor should have to carry this alone. SO, DON’T.

The Connect step is simple: we put you in a room — or a booth, or someone's kitchen — with a small group of pastors who understand what your life actually looks like. From there, everything else gets easier.

Connect Groups

There's a group within an hour of you.

Crossroads Fellowship currently has 7+ regional Connect Groups meeting regularly across Indiana. Each group stays small enough to be real — this isn't a conference, it's a standing gathering of pastors who know each other's names, churches, and families.

These gatherings aren't structured like a board meeting or a training event. They're intentional time for:

  • Spiritual health — checking in on each other's walk with God, not just ministry metrics
  • Accountability — the kind of honest conversation that requires trust built over time
  • Prayer — actually bearing one another's burdens before the Lord

We build these relationships in the easy seasons so that when the dark valley comes — and it will — there are already people who know you well enough to help.

Don't see a group near you? You might be exactly the person to help start one.

Retreats & Renewal

Step away to come back stronger.

Crossroads Fellowship hosts periodic retreats for pastors and their families — space to rest, reflect, and reconnect outside the demands of weekly ministry.

Going through something hard?

If you or your family are in a difficult season — burnout, conflict, crisis — we want to know. This isn't a hotline. It's a fellowship. Someone will reach back.
