YOUR CHURCH CAN BE A SENDING CHURCH.
The goal of Connect and Strengthen was never just a healthier congregation — it was a congregation healthy enough to send. The Multiply step invites every Crossroads church to play a role in planting and revitalizing churches across Indiana, whether through prayer, generosity, or releasing your own leaders.

HeadinOne budget line. Statewide impact.
We invite every Crossroads church to designate 1.5% of its annual budget to fuel the Fellowship's shared mission — supporting pastor care, leader training, church revitalization, and new church plants across Indiana.
That's it. One line item. Here's what it funds:
Connect — pastoral care, fellowship groups, retreat opportunities
Strengthen — leadership summits, cohort coaching, church leader training
Multiply — church planting grants, revitalization support, sending church coaching

What we're planting:
English-speaking churches in underserved Indiana counties
Foreign-language churches among Indiana's growing immigrant communities
Reach92
Your church can be a sending church.
You don't have to plant a church to be part of Reach92. Sending looks like:
What we're planting:
Praying — regularly lifting up the 92-county vision with your congregation
Giving — the 1.5% Challenge and the 92 Offering fuel the plants happening right now
Coaching — partnering with a new plant as a mentor church
Releasing — identifying lay leaders, missionaries, or pastors in your congregation and releasing them with support
It funds all three steps of the Crossroads Pathway — pastor care (Connect), leader training and coaching (Strengthen), and church planting and revitalization (Multiply). Church-planting dollars are restricted to Indiana projects.
Both. We plant English-speaking churches in underserved counties and foreign-language churches among Indiana's growing immigrant communities. Indiana is more diverse than most people realize, and we want the Gospel to reach every community.
Yes — and you're not alone. Most Fellowship churches are small. Start with prayer and a Multiply Sunday. Many churches begin below 1.5% and grow into it over time. Every gift and every prayer is real participation in the mission.
Coaching cohorts, leader development resources, planting grants, and direct partnership opportunities to help you identify, train, and release leaders for the field.
