WHAT KIND OF EVENTS DOES CROSSROADS FELLOWSHIP HOST?
Most churches have more leadership potential than they know what to do with — people sitting in pews who could lead small groups, serve as elders, run outreach teams, or one day plant a church. The Strengthen step exists to help you find those people, equip them, and release them.
In 2025, we partnered with the Malphurs Group to conduct a Church Ministry Analysis across the Fellowship. The clearest finding: leadership development is the single highest-leverage investment a church can make. That's what Strengthen is built around.

Held on weekdays, these focused events cover vision-casting, strategic planning, building a healthy leadership culture, and navigating change. Practical, interactive, and immediately applicable — followed by 6–9 months of online coaching cohorts for implementation.
Church Leaders Training
Cohorts for your whole leadership team.One-day summits for pastors
Saturday cohorts — typically 10am to 3pm — for elders, deacons, children's workers, small group leaders, financial teams, and outreach staff. Offered in two or three regions across Indiana to minimize travel. Because strong churches don't depend on one leader.
