Built on trusted relationships

Isolation is one of the greatest threats to pastoral ministry — and one of the most common. The Connect step puts every Crossroads pastor within reach of a local fellowship group: a small circle of peers who pray together, check in on one another, and show up when ministry gets hard.

This isn't a meeting. It's a lifeline.

What Connect includes:

  • Local fellowship groups within 60 minutes of home
  • Peer coaching and accountability
  • Retreats and renewal opportunities
  • Access to the "I Need Help" network when a pastor or family is in a difficult season

Your church is only as strong as the leaders you're developing.

Most churches have untapped leadership potential sitting in the pews — people who could lead small groups, serve as elders, run outreach teams, or one day plant a church. The Strengthen step gives pastors and lay leaders practical tools and coaching to build a disciple-making culture that doesn't depend on one
person to sustain it.

What Strengthen includes:

  • One-day leadership summits for pastors
  • 6–9 month online coaching cohorts for implementation
  • Regional training cohorts for elders, deacons, small group leaders, children's workers, and ministry teams

Every Crossroads church can be a sending church.

The goal of Connect and Strengthen isn't just a healthier congregation — it's a congregation healthy enough to give itself away. The Multiply step invites every Fellowship church to participate in planting and revitalizing churches across Indiana, whether through prayer, giving, or releasing your own leaders into the field.

What Multiply includes:

  • Church planting and revitalization support across Indiana
  • The 1.5% Giving Challenge — fueling pastor care, training, and new plants statewide
  • The 92 Offering — a special annual offering on Reformation Sunday for church planting
  • Reach92 — our vision to see gospel-centered churches in all 92 Indiana counties by 2030
