Somewhere between Sunday sermons and staff meetings, a lot of pastors find themselves isolated — not because they want to be, but because ministry doesn't leave much room for the kind of friendships that sustain you through the hard seasons.
Proverbs 18:1 is blunt about it: "Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment."
We built Crossroads Fellowship around a different conviction: that pastors who are known, supported, and accountable lead healthier churches. And healthier churches change more lives.

Join a local fellowship group within an hour of home — pastors who pray with you, check in on you, and show up when ministry gets hard. We build these friendships in the good seasons so they're already there in the hard ones.
Training That Actually Helps
From one-day leadership summits to 6–9 month coaching cohorts, we give pastors and lay leaders the training they need to build disciple-making cultures — not theory, but tools you can implement next week.
A Mission Bigger Than Your Church
Through Reach92, we're working to plant gospel-centered churches in all 92 Indiana counties by 2030. Every Crossroads church plays a role — whether that's praying, giving, sending, or planting.
